And we reduce, reuse & recycle whenever possible.

The company was established in 2009 by Emily Peters and is a subsidiary of E Apparel LLC. Emily has been designing jewelry for over 10 years and still loves every minute of the design process.

Your privacy is important to us, and as such, E Apparel LLC, Piaz Jewelry’s parent company, guarantees your individual and private data will be used for purchase tracking only and will not be sold for any reason. Since payment is serviced by third party providers, E Apparel LLC never sees your personal credit card or bank information. PayPal, a third-party provider, uses high grade encryption and the https security protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method is the industry standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept the credit card information you provide to Paypal through their online payment forms.

Delivery and Shipping
Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days using the method specified at PayPal checkout. In the case that an item is out of stock, you will be notified you that a change has been made to your order, and will only be billed for goods that are delivered. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. E Apparel LLC and its subsidiary, Piaz Jewelry, are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Exchanges and Refunds
E Apparel and its subsidiary, Piaz Jewelry, hope you will be satisfied with all the products you receive. Exchanges are permitted so long as the item for exchange is of equal or lesser value of the original item. The customer is responsible for the full difference in value if the chosen exchange item is of greater value. Returns are only accepted on a case by case basis, to the discretion of E Apparel LLC. Returned or Exchanged goods will only be accepted if unworn; all packaging items must be intact and the original invoice or receipt must be included with the returned or exchanged item. If you would like to request an Exchange or Return please contact emily@piazjewelry.com no later than 7 days upon receipt. All credits to your account will take place within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs for Returns and Exchanges are at the customer’s expense.
